Raypick Co., Ltd. ("we") makes Sleepy Troupe. This policy explains what information is used when you play the game, and why. In short: we have no accounts and no servers that store your personal information — your game progress stays on your device.

1. Information we collect

Game data: your progress, settings and purchased items are saved only on your device. We do not receive them.

Purchases: payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your card or payment details. The game keeps a purchase record (product and transaction number) on your device so that items are delivered once and can be restored.

Messages you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

2. Advertising

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob (Google) and its advertising partners. To show and measure ads and prevent fraud, they may collect your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), IP address, device model, operating system, language, country and how you interact with ads.

Personalized ads use your Identifier for Advertisers only if you allow tracking when the game asks. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice any time in the game: Settings > Privacy.

If you buy "Remove Ads" or join the Sleepy Club, interstitial ads are no longer shown.

3. Game engine

The game is built with Unity. Unity Technologies may collect anonymous technical information such as device model, operating system version and graphics hardware to keep the engine working well. This information does not identify you.

4. How long we keep information

Game data stays on your device until you delete the game. Support emails are kept for up to 3 years to handle your request and any dispute, then deleted.

Information collected by our advertising partners is kept according to their own policies.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google AdMob for ads, Unity Technologies for the game engine, and Apple for payments), who may process it outside your country.

6. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices and rights

You can delete all game data by deleting the game from your device. You can control ad tracking as described in section 2.

You may ask us to access or delete information we hold about you (for example, support emails) by contacting us.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
